I had been training at the gym for a couple of years, and finding that I was getting very little results. I had a goal that I wanted to be able to wear a bikini for my trip to Thailand, by the end of the year. I started training with Rav doing one on one training sessions. After a short time I had noticed changes in my body and fitness. Training session were hard but Rav always reminded me of my goal.

I trained with Rav 3 times a week for 6 Months. Not only did I lose 10 kgs over 6 months, I was fitter than I had ever been and I was more confident in myself. When i returned from Thailand I stayed training with Rav. My next goal was to be graded in Muay Thai and get my navy blue singlet. If it wasn't for Rav's constant support and determination I wouldn't have every achieved my goal. Not only did a lose weight and gain fitness but I found a new passion in my life.

My name is Jack, I have always wanted to learn Muay Thai, and I came across Rav. I first started doing one on one sessions with Rav to learn and get the Muay Thai techniques right. Now I attend 3 weekly classes and also do a personal training session a week to get Rav to push me and strengthen my weakness and build my strength. I am in the process of training for my first fight. Before I started training, I could only do 10 push ups, now I can do 100 without stopping!
